VinSolutions at NADA: Texting, Enterprise and More

NADA 2019 is just two weeks away! We’re looking forward to connecting with dealers at what is sure to be a great show in San Francisco.  

As you begin planning out your NADA schedule and setting up your demos, I wanted to share a little bit more about the new products and enhancements we’ll have available to demo at the VinSolutions booth.

Enterprise Capabilities  
As dealerships continue to embrace new, more consolidated organizational structures, we know data sharing across rooftops within a dealer group is critical to success. We’ve continued to enhance our enterprise capabilities within VinSolutions Connect CRM to give dealers a fuller view of their customers and dealership activity. Key features include:  

  • Enterprise Customer: See customers’ cross-rooftop data in one place in the CRM customer dashboard.  

  • Enterprise Alerts: Receive an alert when relevant leads are created in another sister store so you’re not competing against yourself.  

  • Enterprise Custom Permissions: Improve group efficiency by allowing user permissions to proliferate across the dealer group.  

 

Enhanced Customer Offers

To meet the need for a more tailored customer experience, VinSolutions Connect CRM now provides more precise and accurate equity data so you can provide your customers with more relevant, specific offers. Connect CRM now also provides more granular segmentation options to better target marketing efforts.
