VinSolutions Participating in GM DTAP Premium CRM Program

VinSolutions is certified in the launch of GM’s Dealer Technology Assistance Program (DTAP) Premium Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Program.  GM’s Premium CRM Program is intended to strengthen the competitive advantage of GM dealers by arming them with specific customer, pricing and vehicle data that can lead to improved sales, customer experience, and customer satisfaction.

MISSION, Kansas, July 13, 2017 – VinSolutions is certified in the launch of GM’s Dealer Technology Assistance Program (DTAP) Premium Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Program. GM’s Premium CRM Program is intended to strengthen the competitive advantage of GM dealers by arming them with specific customer, pricing and vehicle data that can lead to improved sales, customer experience, and customer satisfaction. As of July 1, participating GM dealers are eligible to utilize iMR funds to help reimburse the cost of the Premium CRM tool, which includes VinSolutions’ Connect CRM.

The integration of VinSolutions Connect CRM is being developed in three stages: the first stage will include sharing customer and service records through Connect CRM across GM dealerships; the second stage will include sharing data pertaining to GM vehicle incentives and the GM card, and the third stage involves the integration of GM vehicle and invoice data. VinSolutions has agreed to complete all available GM DTAP Data service integrations by the end of 4th Quarter 2017. These integrations will help dealers offer a more seamless experience across GM dealerships and leverage real-time data for accuracy, efficiency and an overall enhanced customer experience during the retail journey.
