Premier CRM Event will Discuss How Dealers Are Harnessing the Power of Proactivity

MISSION, Kansas, July 11, 2018 – VinSolutions will host its annual VinWorx User Summit on August 13-16 at the Kansas City Marriott Downtown in Kansas City, Missouri.

The free user summit will provide attendees hands-on training and key best practices on how to use VinSolutions’ Connect CRM to proactively discover new sales opportunities. Keynote speakers and a customer panel will focus on a variety of topics relevant to auto dealerships today while breakout training sessions will go in depth on topics such as processes, desking and effective reporting. Dealership attendees as a result will learn how to maximize data from their CRM to cultivate new customer relationships and build on existing ones. The summit will also address what dealerships need to know about anticipated industry shifts and economic variables and how to proactively prepare.

“With the industry continuing to evolve with new technologies and changes to the sales process, dealership personnel can no longer sit on the sidelines and wait for opportunities to come to them. They need to be proactive,” said Lori Wittman, Senior Vice President of Retail Dealer Solutions at Cox Automotive and General Manager at VinSolutions. “VinWorx is all about helping our clients learn how to better utilize their CRM tools to get in front of consumers and make more deals. Every element of the VinWorx program strives to complement what our clients already know with new insights and skills to maximize their profits.”

Keynote speakers will include Cox Automotive President Sandy Schwartz, Cox Automotive Senior Director of Industry Insights Charlie Chesbrough, Google’s Automotive Industry Strategist Tim Mueller, and VinSolutions’ Senior Director of Performance Management Mark Vickery.
