
I was awe struck by how quick you set up the basic templates for the emails and calls. In 45 minutes we had a basic structure to work from. That saved me days of cutting and copying to get just the right one. I can definitely see that this will be the new way for any dealer to stay on top of one of their most missed opportunities, the internet lead. I can visualize a customer sending a request for a vehicle and still be searching when they get that first response from us within two minutes. I've been to some dealers that you won't receive that kind of action on the showroom floor.
