Executive Team

Mike Dullea earned a BS in Marketing from the University of Minnesota. Serving as VP of Strategic Alliances for Sprint e-Solutions, and as VP of Sales and Marketing for Sprint e-Solutions and Rexel Datacom for over 20 years, Mike has a keen understanding of salesmanship and the importance of creating synergies between industry partners. He brings valuable automobile industry experience to the group as well having worked as an Internet manager, Internet director, general sales manager, and general manager before founding AES Consulting in 2005.

Along with VinSolutions, Mike co-developed MotoSnap, a Web-based line of software products specifically designed to meet the needs of automotive professionals. AES Consulting was acquired by VinStickers in February 2007, founding VinSolutions. Mike became Chief Marketing and Sales Officer for the company in July 2007 and has a seat on the VinStickers Board of Directors and is an original founder of VinSolutions.

Pat Baggette earned a B.S. in accounting from Auburn University. He went on to earn his J.D. from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, School of Law. In April 2009 he joined VinStickers, LLC as Chief Financial Officer and Internal Counsel, also becoming a member of VinStickers' governing board at that time. Pat is responsible for all corporate accounting and tax functions. In addition to managing the financial aspects of the company, he handles all legal and contract issues pertaining to company operations.

Pat began his career in public accounting nearly 30 years ago, moving into the law profession 10 years later. He has managed his own law firm, and for the past two decades Pat has gained immense experience working as CFO and Internal Counsel in the fields of ecommerce, manufacturing and retail. His knowledge of the automotive industry came as a result of his work with a multiple franchise dealer group with 15 locations headquartered in Kansas City.

For the past 26 years Keith Polsinelli established himself as a leader within the financial services industry through a proven track record for achieving multimillion-dollar sales and profitable growth. Throughout his career at Ford Motor Credit, Keith cultivated strong relationships within the industry and with his customers while ensuring clarity of vision across sales and operations improving customer experience and value.  Keith joined VinSolutions in early 2009, where he continues to build strong relationships as the Director of National Accounts and OEM's Relations.

Matt Watson co-founded VinSolutions in 2003. He has over 10 years of web application development and is the lead architect of VinSolutions applications. Matt has over a decade of experience designing and creating software for the automotive industry. His industry experience has given him a profound knowledge of the car business that has allowed Vin to create and deliver industry leading software solutions. Prior to Vin, Matt worked in the healthcare and ticket broker industries designing and creating large scale e-commerce web applications. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University and is a Microsoft certified application developer. He is a member of Vin Solutions Board of Directors and original founder of VinSolutions.

Sean Stapleton entered the automotive software industry by co-founding IMS, which was later acquired by Who's Calling. He worked as Vice President of National Accounts and as Vice President of Automotive Sales for Who's Calling, where he defined market expectations for the emerging Call Measurement and Monitoring industry. He later co-founded and established Visible Customer as an automotive market brand.

Appointed to the VinSolutions' Board in 2010, Sean is a key component in executing the next step in the company's evolution: making the industry aware of its successes and new solutions. VinSolutions has realized growth of 678% under Sean Stapleton, contributing directly to the company being ranked by Inc. 500 in 2010 as the 33rd fastest growing software company and 447th fastest growing company overall. Sean is a highly regarded author in many top automotive trade magazines and a respected events speaker. With memberships in all major automotive networking groups, Sean's expertise is sought as a consultant and mentor to many.

In addition to his work in the automotive industry, Sean Stapleton works as a major fund raiser for Merrick Inc., http://www.merrickinc.org/, a non-profit organization whose goal is to empower adults with disabilities through vocational and social opportunities. Sean resides in Minneapolis, MN with his wife and three children.
