Core Solutions
VinStickers, LLC competes in the data management market with the VinSolutions suite
of products. The heart of the suite is MotoSnap, the CRM module. Meshing seamlessly
with MotoSnap are the ILM and Inventory Control modules. While each module is fully
integrated, communicating with one another each time a user performs a function,
they can also function independently.
MotoSnap (CRM)
MotoSnap is a high performance solution serving as a personal assistant to each
member of the sales team, as a monitoring system for the managers, and as an invaluable
follow-up tool aiding customer retention. Among its many features, the CRM module
pulls information from the DMS (i.e. new and used vehicle inventory, financial,
customer and service related data) for use in creating sales materials, working
car deals, and customer follow up. MotoSnap can also monitor the dialogue between
salespeople and customers, set appointments, provide reports on third party lead
providers and sales staff performance.
Internet Lead Management (ILM)
Among its many attributes, VinSolutions’ ILM provides clients with Bad Lead Rejection,
Automatic Lead Routing, and Lead Tracking. In addition to these features, the ILM
can manage sales inquiries from any source from one location. Users can set automatic
triggers for e-mails or lead transfers based on activity time, creating a “DO IT
NOW” sales environment.
Inventory Control
The Inventory Control module automatically adds and removes vehicles daily from
the inventory by integrating with a dealership’s DMS. Powerful VIN decoding provides
rich vehicle descriptions for use in brochures, e-mails and mailers. Feeding into
the Inventory Control module is the Do-It-Yourself option. Dealers can use VinSolutions’
VinCamera to take unlimited inventory photos and upload them directly into their
inventory system for easy, real time display.
Also available to VinSolutions clients are the BDC Enterprise Module, BDC and Sales
Best Practices Consulting, custom Web design, and seminars on CRM/ILM and Inventory
Control modules. The strength of VinSolutions is its comprehensive coverage of dealership
sales system activities and customer data management. Several companies in the marketplace
offer portions of the VinSolutions suite, but none offer the full contingent of
products or services under one rooftop.
